You can find all information on the creation of your print data here.

Please download our data sheet to store your print data properly. You can also download the required color profiles for your print. You can then either send the finished print data to us using the upload function below (please request the login data from your contact at CCS) or send it to your contact directly.

So we optimaly can process your files, we've created information to help you set up your data below. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at any time.

+ High-resolution print PDF´s at least in the “X-4: 2010” standard.
Open set files from Adobe Creative Suite up to the latest version:
+ Indesign (.indd, .idml)
+ Illustrator (.ai, .art)
+ Photoshop (.psd)
Please attach your file here:
+ All images, logos and fonts used
+ A small view PDF for layout control
Files created with other applications in the following formats:
+ .tif
+ .jpg
+ .eps

Save graphics and images that are to be placed in open typesetting files with a resolution of 70 to 100 dpi in relation to the output size. Higher resolutions than those mentioned will only result in longer processing times and, as a result, higher costs. Please create graphics and images in CMYK or RGB mode whenever possible. ICC color profiles should also be integrated into these files for ideal reproduction. If you’d like us to process open sentence files, it is best to save the placed image material as a TIFF, JPG or EPS (-jpg) file. Please be sure to include these files when sending us your data.

If you use fonts in open typesetting files, either convert them to paths or include the character set files.

In common graphics applications, color gradients are created with the help of special gradient tools or palettes. Depending on the complexity and range of the start and target colors, this can lead to a stepped appearance in the print.Note: To get the best possible result, you may convert the respective elements to pixel images at 70 dpi relative to the final size and then add noise at an intensity of 2% to 3%.

If possible, please create your print documents on a 1: 1 scale – that is, as large as they should be printed. Define 2cm bleed on all sides. Please take the reduction factor for trimming and image resolution into account for scaled-down formats. Please pass the files without color, cut and print marks.

Name your files clearly and without the use of special characters or umlauts. The file name must contain a project name, the format size and the respective extension for example “.TIF” (maximum 64 characters).

You can send us your data in the following ways:
+ Via file hosting services (with large amounts of data, please consider possible delays in the start of production due to long download times)
+ CD, DVD, USB memory stick

Check your data before delivery for color profiles, sizes, resolutions and bleed information. We will inform you if we receive any noticeably incorrect templates. If we post-process delivered data, we will invoice you for this. Caution! Guaranteed appointments can be jeopardized by incorrect or missing files. If you have any questions, please contact our PrePress department. If you have to deviate from our specifications for technical reasons when setting up your print documents, please contact our PrePress department before creating them. We are happy to help!
